You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied to products purchased that are returned (due to change of mind or incorrect choice) within the 30-day return policy.
If the return is a result of our error no restocking fee will be incurred, and we will also pay the return shipping costs i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipment processing time.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or the delivery address is in a remote or regional area, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free shipping applies to most orders over $500 that do not contain dangerous goods for Metro areas only in NSW, QLD, SA & Victoria.
